Our teambuilding approach is to contract with the leader of a team we are working with and develop an intervention that meets that leader's goals. In the planning process, we frequently interview the team members to make sure the leader has a balanced perspective on team needs and dynamics.

Solutions can range from half-day workshops designed to raise awareness of team dynamics to three-day sessions. The longer the session, the more likely it is that substantive team issues will be surfaced and resolved.

We use a variety of interactive activities, simulations and discussion approaches to help facilitate an effective outcome. We try to use activities that easily transfer back to the workplace. We do not offer outdoor teambuilding activities.
