Developmental Survey Assessments
AEG is pleased to announce that the "Mentor Readiness Profile" (MRP) is now available. The MRP allows survey respondents to assess their comfort level with nine different roles that can be very important in a mentoring relationship. Respondents can identify roles they are comfortable with, roles they are uncomfortable with and roles where they may in fact be "overfunctioning". The MRP allows respondents to develop a plan for enhancing their effectiveness as a coach or mentor. It can be taken as a self-assessment or as a multi-rater (360) assessment.
The MRP is a must tool for companies that have formal mentoring programs. It helps in the mentor selection process, mentor training and ongoing leadership development.
