The Perth Leadership Outcome Model™ (PLOM) is a proprietary leadership improvement approach developed by the Perth Leadership Institute. The model goes well beyond conventional competency-based and personality-based approaches. It introduces a new outcome-based approach that identifies the financial signature™ and the personal profile of senior executives to predict the financial performance and the valuation outcome of the enterprise. The model is based on extensive research carried out by Perth with CEOs and senior executives and is described in the recently published book entitled "The 3 Financial Signatures of Very Successful Leaders".
In using PLOM, we consult with organizations to improve the financial and valuation impact of their leaders and teams. We work with top management teams, boards and teams comprising senior executives. As well, we work with other staff to improve the alignment of their own financial signatures™ with the financial signature™ and financial culture of the enterprise, to bring about better financial performance and valuation. We bring Perth's unique Valuation Alignment Program™ to improve the financial and valuation performance of leaders at all levels of the organization. We also run seminars and workshops to instruct on the application of PLOM™ to leaders so that they can improve their financial and valuation performance.

- Transitioning To General Management: A 2-3 day seminar for senior managers who are on track to becoming general managers. This workshop provides unique new insights that reveal the linkages between personal profile and business performance and outcome. It then demonstrates a pragmatic approach to optimizing leadership performance so that you not only get to the top, but also stay there.
- The CEO Bootcamp: A half-day workshop that provides an overview of why CEO failure occurs, the PLOM, and several working group sessions designed to show executives how their leadership style is linked with business outcomes.
- One-on-One Coaching: Private coaching sessions, to systematically assess leadership style and extend the PLOM from a discussion of general business outcomes to your own "financial signature" and its impact on your company's valuation profile. These sessions also highlight uncorrected behaviors, and balance strengths and weaknesses.
- Corporate Governance and Risk Assessment: A new approach to corporate governance utilizing PLOM to assess the risks resulting from gaps in management and leadership capabilities in the senior management team. This links traditional risk assessment with PLOM to show the types of financial outcome that could occur as a result of the specific pattern of management capabilities in the company. This results in recommendations for corporate governance that focus on human resources, as well as the traditional financial controls aspect.
- Management Team Financial Performance: A new approach to team building and performance that focuses on the financial and valuation impact of the team on the company, rather than simply on team dynamics. This approach utilizes PLOM to assess individual capabilities and how to optimize team performance.
