Interviewing Skills
Interviewing Skills For Recruiters

This one-day program focuses on the critical interviewing skills required to make an effective hiring decision. Many professionals who are involved in interviewing are uncomfortable with the process and tend to ask questions that have little relationship to job requirements. Or, they may ask questions so common that the interviewee gives a predictable and "practiced" response. Finally, even with the best of intentions, interviewers often ask questions that are potentially discriminatory. Upon completing this session, participants will not only avoid these traps but will also conduct more focused, efficient and legal selection interviews
