We find that many of our clients believe that many problems can be solved by training. Sometimes that's true. Frequently, it's not. For example, some managers think that teambuilding seminars will improve morale or team performance problems. Frequently, the cause of those problems might be rooted in other areas, like compensation or work processes.

We strongly believe in the effectiveness of our training programs. One of our strengths as a company though, is the ability to listen to client problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions that meet our client needs...ahead of our own needs to sell training. Our clients appreciate this kind of honest and objective approach to consulting.

We also pride ourselves in our ability to know what our competitors are doing and where some of their services might complement our own. We aren't afraid to recommend a competitor or other resource, if we think they offer a better solution for our client.
